Reports on incidents using weapons on Kyrgyz-Tajik borders. Two soldiers of the border service of the state committee for national security in Bulak-Bashy region were wounded. They have taken to the hospitals.

In state border control of Bulak-Bashy the situation was tensionded, but shootings stopped.

Shootings between the sides were stopped in Kak-Say village.

Talks and negotiations started between the delegations of Batken administration of Kyrgyzstan and Sogdi oblast of Tajikistan in Radar settlement of Batken region.

Tajik side starting shooting of the soldiers and positions of the borders service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan in Eki-Tash, Chyr-Dobo, Kum-Mazar and Orto-Boz.

Tajik side started attack of frontier outpost of Kyrgyzstan using mortars.

Tajik side started attacking Kulundu, Maksat and Jeny-Jer settlements of Leylek region of Batken oblast.

Major General Ularbek Sharsheev, director of the border service of the state committee for national security had talks with Radjobali Rahmonali, Colonel General, chief of border service of the state committee for the national security of Tajikistan to stop the shootings on the border. Delegations have reached an agreement to stop the shootings from 10:00 am and on.

Tajik soldiers have took over the school in Dostuk settlement of Batken region. Tajik side started attacking kyrgyz side using tajik peaceful population of Tajikistan. As a result, Tajik side had lots of woundeds among Tajik population. The border service of the state committee for the national security of the Kyrgyz Republic started attacking Lyakkan and Bogdari border outposts of Tajikistan and destroyed lots of Tajik heavy machinery.

Non-soldier forces without any military insignia from Tajikistan started to participate in the conflict.

Chairpersons of national security of two states Kamchybek Tashiev and Saimumin Yamitov had talks and reached an agreement to stop shootings.

President Sadyr Japarov had talks with the President Emomali Rakhmon during the summit of SCO in Smarkand and has reached an agreement to stop the coflicts and move out all military forces from the border lines.

15 years old girl was killed in Batken during the shootings.

136 thousand people were evcuated for the shooting points. They are the residents of Batken and Razzakov cities, Batken and Leylek regions.

Residents of Jekendi village of Chon-Alay region of Osh oblast also were evacuated.

All necessary household items as oil and sugar were distributed from the Batken national reserves.

Tajik side strarted attacking Tamdyk border control of Batken

Situation remains tensioned. Tajik side continued attacking boredering villages of Batken.

It has been noticed about movement of heavy machinery and soldiers from Tajik side toward Kyrgyzstan. In between 00:10 and 00:40 the director of border service of Kyrgyzstan U.Sharsheeva had talks with Tajik side in Guliston Transport Point (Tajikistan), with General Colonel R.Rakhmonali. Results were:

* Each side has to take measures to fight with provications on the border and organize pre-caution measures to stop the shooting before 09:00 of September 17.
* Join group of Batken administration of Kyrgyzstan and Sogdi administration of Tajikistan will be working together in Gulistan transport point.

24 people were killed during the Tajik attacks. As per the information of the representatives of the Ministry of Health, they have received bodies of 24 people.

The situation got even worse.

Tajik people started to burn their houses in Bogdari village while they were not attacking Kyrgyz borders.

The situation is defined as stable. There have been no incidents over the past night.
